We are a privately owned, veteran-led business. Green Pastures Residential Care Homes is a State of California-licensed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (License #079201328). As a non-medical facility, we accommodate up to six residents and prioritize creating a caring and supportive environment for you or your loved one.
Located in a peaceful and friendly Richmond neighborhood, our home is conveniently close to shopping centers, restaurants, grocery stores, a movie theater, senior centers, and libraries. Residents also enjoy easy access to highways, parks, recreational areas, and public transportation. Our charming care home offers a warm, family-like atmosphere where every resident receives personalized care and attention.
Our Facility
Our facility features a fully furnished, licensed Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) on the property, offering added convenience and flexibility as an independent living option. The main home includes three cozy bedrooms, an inviting activity room, and a spacious living room that opens to a sunlit backyard. Designed for ease of movement, it is equipped with a roll-in shower, a walk-in shower, and wheelchair-accessible ramps. The serene backyard, complete with a vegetable garden, enhances the tranquil atmosphere. Nestled in the Fairmede-Hilltop District, the property boasts panoramic views of the San Francisco Bay, providing a peaceful and quiet setting.
Our Services
House keeping and Laundry
Daily full-service housekeeping available as needed, with on-site laundry services.
Meals and Nutrirition
Three nutritious, home-cooked meals daily, with snacks and beverages available 24/7.
Basic Supplies
Each bedroom is furnished with a bed, side table, chair, and either a dresser or closet. Linens and towels are provided, and the room also includes a TV and Wi-Fi access.
Medication management
Medication is safely stored, with refill coordination provided. Supervision, dispensing, and assistance with medication administration are available.
Engaging Activities
Offering a diverse range of activities, including Physical, Cognitive, Creative, Social, Spiritual, Wellness & Relaxation, and Outdoor Experiences.
Assistance with Activities of Daily Living
We provide assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and mobility. Escorting services are also available.
